An awakening?

If this lock down has been an opportunity to reflect on our lives and to imagine a revival, it will be all the more beneficial if our consciousnesses are clear.

The power of your consciousness, its acute awareness, its alertness, its ability to see reality depends on the amount of energy available.

Its main activity is to maintain the stability of identity, for that purpose it is « self-consciousness », and it must elaborate a “self-image” through thought processing.

Of course, if you have reached the level of consciousness that allows you to assign this function to the body, its openness is immense and the paths of imagination, of intuition become as reliable for you as anything you had taken for the real world so far.

Going beyond the wall of appearances is basically the goal of all humans. Following a path is a quest for truth. The purpose is not to say what the world is but to reach out and unravel the mystery: who am I? answering this question allows us to know if we are predestined to ??? or if it the opposite? Might I find out who I am if I understand “for what” or “for whom” I am?

Whether one chooses to ask the question one way or the other, the answer lies in the choice of actions with which one makes one’s life. Whatever our living conditions, there is always a moment when it is up to us to decide. “What we are here for” emerges as we make our choices and “who we are” appears when we look intently and sincerely what the criteria of these choices are. This obligation to represent oneself, that could make our consciousness feel like a prison in which we would be both the jailer and the prisoner, gives us the freedom to want.

Following a path is wanting to know in order to know how to want.

If you practiced the program I gave you in my letter « never let your spirit sink too low », it’s time to change. We need to come out of this lock-down like bears after hibernation, rested and hungry, with a level of energy that allows us to be harmoniously ferocious.

If you are tempted, here is what you can do for a powerful awakening:

Swimming standing (Nage debout) (for those who do not know, I describe the technique:

Start in a shizentai pose, put your hands together, raise them above your head as you move to the Candle (Bougie) position, lift your heels so you are up on the ball of the foot and high on the tips of your toes, then your arms immediately go down on the sides to reach the horizontal position and, at the same time, you bend your legs to move into the Toe walk (Marche sur pointes), (try to bend your knees forward to the limit of losing your balance) then bring your arms in a circle (like a basic RZ) and, at the same time, put your heels back. on the ground, then you start over.

Do not stop, do not force your breathing. It must remain supple and you must follow this rule:

Inhale while going up and exhale slowly when going down. The inspiration is short and broad, the exhalation is moderate but continuous. It’s a constant movement, like you’re swimming.

Do this for ten minutes.

Finally, in a Toe Walk pose (Marche sur pointes), arms are raised above your shoulders, make a strong and continuous vibration movement with your arms. Do not block your breathing and let go of your voice if you feel the need.

If you are following an apast, do not do this work just before or immediately after your daily prescription. Space them out a bit.
